  • Transportation Service: For gaming customers only. Must be 21 or older and have a valid photo ID.
  • Age / ID: Guests must be 21 years of age or older. Must have a valid photo ID.
  • Players Club Member: Guests must be a Players Club Member. If they are not a member, they can join for free at the Players Club desk upon arrival and receive Players Card. Program incentive will be loaded onto card.
  • Bus Arrival Times: Estimates only. Route departure times at each pick-up location, are estimated and may vary due to traffic, weather or bus mechanical issues.

More Reservation Details:

How many people, lead time and manifest send

Details & times based on manifest send

  • Reservation Lead Time: 15 days in advance & up to 3 hours prior to departure time of first stop
  • Online Reservation Amount: Guests can reserve up to 4 people online. (Must provide First & Last Names) of all Passengers.
  • Booking Tool Reservation Amount: Reservationist can reserve up to 6 people in booking tool. (Must provide First & Last Names) of all Passengers.
  • Manifest Send: Each route will auto-send to bus company & casino team Approx. 3 hours prior to departure time of first stop. Once manifest is sent. Reservations for this route will end.

Cancellations / Refunds:

Cancellation & refund policies

Bally's Casino Direct only. Casino cancellation terms may vary.

  • 48 Hours or More: Guest cancels (48 hours or more) prior to departure time of trip. Guest will receive full refund minus booking fee of $.95 deducted from total of purchase price.
  • Less than 48 Hours:  Guest that cancels (less than 48 hours) prior to departure time of trip. Guest will be charged a $5.00 cancellation fee, deducted from total of purchase price.

How to Cancel Reservation:

> Select box next to guest's reservation > Click "Mark Delete" > Send confirmation email to guest. > Refund payment

  • Cancel: > Select box next to guest's reservation > Click "Mark Delete" > Send confirmation email to guest
  • Refund: > Click View next to guest's reservation > Click "Refund" > Refund proper amount

Wheelchair / ADA Requests:

ADA bus request. Bus with a wheelchair lift is required

Scooters not allowed (too heavy). Wheelchairs must be ADA compatible to qualify for request

Please follow the request steps below:

  • ADA Requests: Must be at least 24 hours prior to requested pick up date. Bus company would need send an ADA bus with a wheelchair lift.
  • Gather Guests information: (Name, Phone number, Day of requested trip, Location & Pick up time). Inform them you will call back with confirmation from bus company.
  • Contact Bus Company: Email/text them to see if they can accommodate. Share guest request information (Name, Day of requested trip, Location & Pick up time). They will reply back to confirm or deny availability. Email Gray Line Dispatchfrom CTS Email using Bally's Casino Direct signature. Email Now
  • Follow Up: Contact customer & confirm whether or not, bus with wheelchair lift is available.
  • Make Reservation: Make reservation based on information gathered from above.

NOTE: Bus with wheelchair lift is needed to accommodate guests with wheelchairs. Guests with wheel chairs and disabilities shall sit in the first row.

Overnight Stays:

Bally' Casino overnight stay protocol

If someone requests an overnight stay reservation Two Full Price Reservations need to be made

Please follow the request steps below:

  • Reserve Arrival Trip: Make reservation for "arrival to" casino
  • Reserve Return Trip: Clone reservation above and change date to create "return from" casino reservation. Send confirmation.
  • Charge Trip: Then in view reservations page click “View” next to reservation and select "Charge this amount" (bottom next to cost).
  • Contact: Bus company and notify casino. From CTS Email, using Bally's Casino Direct signature, email Gray Line Dispatch & Bethany Reed/Team. Email Now. (Email Content: We have an overnight guest reservation for: Provide Name(s) of Guests, Date of "arrival to" casino and Date of "return from" casino).

Note: Important that the bus company and casino knows that the trip is overnight. The guest will not be on "return from" trip of first trip date, but will be boarding on the return trip date.

What the guests receive upon making a reservation and how it works

  • Reservation Confirmation: Upon making a reservation (Online/Phone). The guest will receive a confirmation email immediately after completion.
  • Reservation Reminders: 24 hours prior to the departure time of reservation, booking tool will send the guest a reminder Email & SMS text reminder. If the guest made a reservation within the 24 hour window of departure time, the guest will only receive an email reminder and No SMS text reminder.

Do I get to choose my seat?

No, it’s open seating, there is no assigned seating on the buses to/from Bally’s Casino.

When do I pay for my trip?

You pay in advance with a credit or debit card when making your reservation.

Do I need to have a Bally Rewards Card?

Yes, having a Bally Rewards Card is the only way to receive your Exclusive Rider Offers. If you do not have a Bally Rewards Card on the day of the trip, no problem, just stop by the Bally Rewards Club desk to sign up and receive your Card. Valid photo ID required.

Where do I locate the motorcoach when it’s time to depart Bally’s Casino?

Your driver and/or a Bally’s representative will inform you where to find the motorcoach for departure.

How long is the stay at the Bally's Casino?

Is the Bally’s Casino Direct bus service just for Bally's Casino?

Yes, transportation service is provided for Bally’s gaming customers only.

Can I stay overnight at the Bally’s Evansville Hotel and return on a different day/bus?

Yes, but you must have a reservation at Bally’s Evansville Hotel and contact us in advance via contact@ballyscasinodirect.com or by calling (877) 245-9461. Return trips are based on availability, fees and restrictions may apply.

What happens if I miss my scheduled bus to Bally’s Casino or miss my scheduled return bus from Bally’s Casino?

Similar to airlines, Bally’s Casino Direct isn’t responsible for arranging alternative transportation if you miss the bus to/from Bally’s Casino. No refunds will be issued.
